I was sorry to read that Andy has passed away. Andy represented the HR function on one of my business transformation projects with Barclaycard in 2005/6. He was part of a multi-disciplinary team working across the business. Andy was committed to doing his best with his HR role and he engaged with various internal business managers. I wish all of Andy’s family and friends well and in particular the next generation including Anton, Alfie, Stanley and Minnie, and Andy’s grandchildren Chiara and Luca.
